The Yantra is a type of protective shield that is built according to the correct constellation and date on paper, copper, or bhojpatra; it is used to worship the planets that are either curative or obstructive. Yantras serve as representations of deities. There are numerous types of yantras.

Yantras date back more than 5,000 years to india, during the vedic period (c. 1500–500 BCE). They were first mentioned in the vedas, the holy books of hinduism. originally a tool for ceremonial worship, yantras later came to be understood as a mystical diagram and a magical spell.

Metal, wood, glass, linen, and paper are just a few of the materials that can be used to make yantras by individuals. Simple geometric shapes or intricate patterns with countless interlocking components can also be used.Β 

Types Of Yantras

  • Sri Yantra: One of the most well-known and well-liked yantras, sri meru or maha meru is a three-dimensional projection of this yantra. It symbolizes the holy feminine energy and is also known as the shri yantra and sri chakra. It can be used for many things, including enlightenment, relationship enhancement, and financial accumulation.
  • Avighna Yantra: All challenges are removed from one's life by this potent yantra. It can be used for everything from enhancing health to luring success and prosperity.
  • Kuber Yantra: The kuber yantra is used to worship kuber. This yantra creates opportunities for financial gain.
